Amidst all the problems we have had with passwords, the new launch was smooth sailing. The Order History feature had quite a few problems, so that is not working right now. It should be cleaned up and ready to go by tomorrow. The biggest problem we had was customers not logging into their accounts and trying to use their coupon. The system will not recognize you as a VIP and will think you are trying to hack into the VIP database if you try and use the coupon without signing in. The old system wasn’t like this. With this new system, you have to create an account if you want to use the coupon. AND the coupon has to be put in the coupon box. You wanted a coupon box and we got it! So, to recap, if you have logged into your account, and put the coupon in the coupon box, it will apply the coupon to the highest price valid coupon item. Do this before you push on the calculate shipping button. We are getting hundreds of orders, and for those who are doing it correctly, it has worked beaaautifully!
Dustin and Janeth are on a cruise this week, so it is just me and Tauna. We are swamped with all the orders and questions about the new shopping cart. We are getting some temp help for the rest of the week, so please be patient. We are working soooo hard and I am sooooo tired!
