JustRite Friendship Card!
No, I didn’t misspell the title of my blog. I made my JustRite Freindship Card with JustRite Stampers new Vintage Labels Four die and Enjoy the Day Vintage Labels Four stamp set, but I actually do think it turned out just right (Wink, wink). The best part about making this card is sending it to the special friend that I made this for!
I almost gave it the title Imperial Gold Friendship Card because I used Spellbinders Imperial Gold die- Gold Corners One and the colors I chose are all gold. Trust me, I was not planning anything like either of my titles while creating it. I was just playing away with my little stash of products without a care in the world! I didn’t even worry about a title until I sat down to blog.
Okay, so enough of my rambling! On to the project, which uses the stamp and cut technique that I am SO grateful for! I stamped my image on card stock, then placed the die over the image, using a sticky note to hold it in place, then flipped it over and ran it through my die cutting machine for a perfectly cut stamped image. It really can’t get easier than this! If you haven’t tried this technique, you can see how it is done in the video below. For more intricate die like flowers, Emma Lou Beechy from Heartfelt Creations gives a great demo of this in her tutorials which you can find on our YouTube Channel HERE.
I believe the rest is pretty obvious just by looking at the photo if you are familiar with die cutting.
