Bookmarks using American Crafts Chromatix Markers
Hey “ya’ll”! I am so excited to tell you that I made Bookmarks using the American Crafts Chromatix Markers and these puppies are AMAZING! I got this adorable Magnolia stamp and I was too intimidated by it to use it right away. I thought I’d have to be a pro-stamper to get really great results with coloring it, but you don’t! Greatest news of my life. Ok….well….maybe I exaggerated a little. Still. If you’re like me, markers aren’t your favorite thing for coloring. If you re-trace your steps, then you get a heavier color and you can tell where your coloring began, ended, and mixed in between. This is not the case with the Chormatix. Seriously?! What! Amazing. You can go over a previously shaded area and everything dries in an even tone. It looks like you painted it on. I can’t say enough good things about these markers. They are a MUST HAVE if you are even remotely into stamping.
My daughter had way too much fun telling me which colors to use for these “cute girls” and we had fun giving them princess identities in the process. Since she won’t let them out of her little paws, I decided to give her some bookmarks to hold her place in her beloved Fancy Nancy books. Now her princesses can read her stories along with us! How could the world possibly get better?
