Karen N here sharing some cards made using the Spellbinders Celebra’tions Line! I was introduced to this fun and colorful line of products when I took a class at CHA from THE designer himself, Richard Garay. It was SUCH a fun class. They gave me some of the products, and I came right home and bought a bunch more. SO many possible fun projects using these cards. Today, I picked ORANGE! Lots of ORANGE!
For this first card, I cut a card front and the smallest rectangle using the Celebra’tions Pierced Rectangles from Odacious Orange (yes, that’s the name of it!!) cardstock that can be found in the Celebra’tions Assorted Solids 8.5×11. The cool pierced holes are made using the rectangles die. I cut a piece of the Celebra’tions Print and a smaller piece of white cardstock. I then stamped (using Celebra’tions Odacious Orange ink pad) a few flowers from the Celebra’tions Just Because set. The sentiment is also from that set. I curled up the flowers with a foam pad and embossing stylus and layered them up. I added some sequins, a button and some Timeless Twine.
I used all of the same products on my second card. In this case, I used the flower dies to cut out a couple flowers from the Odacious Orange cardstock. I splattered this slightly with some Mr Hueys ink in Sherbet.
These are just two VERY orange cards from this HUGE set of matching papers and inks. I’m pretty sure I’ll be doing more posts using these super fun papers, inks, stamps and dies!
Here’s a video that shows a little more about these cards:
