Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.

Damages or Shortages
Please report any damages to the carrier immediately upon arrival of goods and to our office within 5 days thereafter. Call 801-553-2256 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (MST).

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
1-All refunds, returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Cut@Home™. 2-Merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition with the original packaging. 3-No refunds will be authorized after 10 working days from receipt of merchandise. 4-Customers will not receive a refund for shipping charges and must pre-pay shipping costs to return merchandise to Cut@Home™ 5-A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returned items.
