We also make it possible for our customers to "give back" as well. On our final checkout screen, we give you the option of donating to a worthy cause. It is as simple as choosing an amount before you confirm your order. The amount you give will be automatically added to your order total and 100% of the amount you chose will be sent to a charity.

Our dedicated team of professionals is here to make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible. Please keep in mind when you order from any online retail store, that we, as well as our manufacturers, are closed evenings and weekends, even though you can shop 24/7. With carrying over 3,000 items, it is impossible to keep every single item in stock all the time. We are fortunate here at Cut@Home to have excellent relationships with all our vendors and can usually have the product shipped to us in 3-5 days. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Unlike most online retail stores, we do accept returns. We will give you store credit for what you paid for the item. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

Cut@Home saves our customers money and that is the bottom line. All our products are discounted at 10%--50% below retail price. And for joining our FREE VIP Club, every member receives an additional 40% off coupon any one item monthly (some restrictions apply). In addition to this we personally scan each order and look for additional savings to pass on to our customers. So how do we make money? Although we make a small percentage off of each order, it is our hope that you have a wonderful shopping experience and continue to do business with us. With repeat customers we feel we make up for the loss we take on discounting our products.
