We ship from Sandy, Utah, USA, by USPS or UPS. Our shipping center is NOT a profit center and we offer the best possible shipping rates with a minimum handling fee to cover
the cost of the box, tape, packing materials, labels, paper, etc., plus a
fuel surcharge in some instances.
Shipping costs are determined by
weight and size of the parcel and are determined by the carrier.
Cut@Home does not use USPS Deferred service, which most companies do. We only use USPS Expedited Services. We ask that customers allow 2-14 days for shipping. This varies due to product availability. The inventory we have on site varies, and ships within 24-48 hours. If the inventory is not on site, we can usually rely on our manufacturers to ship the product to us in 7-14 days. PLEASE NOTE
: allow additional shipping time for the months of November and December for the holiday rush and for the busy CHA months. We will ship it to you as soon as we have it. If it is not shipping in 48 hours, then we are waiting for our product to arrive from the manufacturer. We ship what we can in bubble mailers, USPS flat rate envelopes or
boxes. For heavier items (like machines) we have found UPS may have the

We regret to inform you that Cut@Home is not responsible and will not replace any orders that are lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged. Article 2 of the U.C.C (Uniform Commercial Code) states when a product is sold and put into the hands of the shipper, the title and risk of loss is passed to the buyer. Our responsibility ends when the product is boxed and shipped or given to USPS, UPS, etc. By ordering from Cut@Home you agree to not hold Cut@Home responsible for
orders that are lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged and further pursue
agree to take action against the carrier. Therefore complaints of missing packages is a shipper problem, not a seller problem and any complaints should be registered against the shipper, not the seller.
Any claims made are the responsibility of the customer. We do not insure our shipments or ship anything with delivery confirmation. You have the option to purchase these if you would like for flat rate and priority shipments.
Please make a note in the order comments section if you would like to do so. While we have a very high success rate of packages being delivered safely, there is always an element of risk when ordering anything through the mail. We do not require signatures upon delivery, so if you would like to purchase this option, please make a note in the order comments section. By placing your order with us you are assuming this risk and will not hold Cut@Home liable should your package not arrive

: Although USPS does provide tracking numbers, please be aware your package is only tracked to the U.S border. USPS will not track your package overseas unless you choose to ship your order by Express. NOTE FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We welcome you and are excited to be able to provide you with the same deals as our domestic customers. Please read through the tracking information carefully and make sure you understand the risks for shipping internationally before placing your order.

Sometimes we are unable to fit everything you ordered in a flat rate
envelope even though that is the quote the website gave you. If this
happens we will inform you of the adjustment to your shipping costs. International orders can take from 4-6 weeks to arrive,
although our experience has shown it is usually two weeks. If it has
been over three weeks and your package has still not arrived, please
check with your local customs office. It may be held up in Customs and
they have been trying to contact you. It can take up to three months for
your order to be returned to us by USPS.
Cut@Home abides by all national and international laws.
We are not responsible for any custom charges. It is the customer's responsibility to know what the custom laws and charges in your own country. We DO NOT pay Customs, Duties or VAT on any product purchased through our website. These charges are not included in the USD price of our products. All our prices are listed in foreign currencies for viewing ONLY so that you do not have to use another resource to calculate the cost of your purchase in your local currency. However, once you proceed to the "checkout page" for final review and to submit payment for your order, the total will be in U.S. dollars. All major credit cards are accepted. Some international orders from select countries may require cash payment prior to shipping in the form of a wire transfer or money order in U.S. currency.
