Updates to stock status including back order status are done on a routine basis. Product availability shown on the web site is not guaranteed until the order is ready to ship and your payment is processed. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis and every effort is made to fulfill your orders to your satisfaction.
Back Ordered Product
We do our best to keep you informed of any back ordered product. Notification of back ordered product comes from the vendor and we are not always notified until a customer places an order for that product. When the vendor notifies us of any Backordered items, we
will hold orders for 21 days if the item is due to arrive within that time period. All items expected later than
the 21 days, will be removed.
Damages or Shortages
Please report any damages to the carrier immediately upon arrival of
goods and to our office within 5 days thereafter. Call 800-716-5778
Monday-Friday 10am-2pm (MST). If the product is defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer and deal directly with them.
Product descriptions, including dimensions and pricing, are not deemed reliable and may not be accurate. We try very hard to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website. Please report any wrong information to our Customer Service Department. We are not responsible for typographical errors, product pricing errors or omissions.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We do not accept PayPal or personal checks at this time. We strongly encourage you to use your own credit card. If you use another person's credit card, you accept all responsibility for the payment, any disputes and chargeback fees. Our domestic customers have the option of placing a phone order and can call with your credit card number or mail a cashiers check or money order. We do not accept phone orders from any customer outside the United States.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges and Chargebacks
1-All refunds and returns must be pre-authorized by
Cut@Home. Cut@Home does not reverse credit card charges if we are not in error. 2-Merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition with
the original packaging. 3-No refunds will be authorized after 10
working days from receipt of merchandise. 4-Customers will not receive
a refund for shipping charges and must pre-pay shipping costs to return
merchandise to Cut@Home. The exception to this is if Cut@Home was in error. 5-A 10% restocking fee may be charged on
certain returned items. 6-By placing an order with Cut@Home, the customer assumes responsibility for reading the product descriptions and ordering the correct item. 7-If you decide to dispute the charges on your credit card please be
advised that any charges incurred from the dispute will be deducted
from your store credit or rebilled to your credit card. CAH is not liable if we have followed the
guidelines posted on our website or if your order was lost in the mail.
